I have become a certified holistic wellness coach and meditation teacher following my passion to share knowledge, life experiences, and help others to improve their lifestyle and achieve a comfortable balance. Mediation is all about you and can be as simple as you like and as advanced as you prefer. If you are only starting to meditate I will guide you through easy step by step practice of simple body scan and breathing awareness meditation to relax and get used to mediation. For more advance level I will add Mantras, Love and Kindness or ZEN meditations.
